Attorney Joe Wilson has practiced law in the South Carolina Lowcountry for thirty years.  He has developed a diverse practice representing cities, individuals, and companies in a broad array of complex litigation and municipal representation.  He currently represents the City of Folly Beach, the Town of Kiawah Island, and the Town of Ravenel.

For 30 years, Joe has followed a unique and diverse path as an attorney.  He has represented corporations in complex contractual and products liability matters.  He has represented individuals in class actions, personal injury, and consumer claims.  He now represents three municipalities in the Lowcountry, addressing the specialized issues faced by Towns and Cities here.

Joe is committed to providing full, personal attention to his clients.  As a solo practitioner, he undertakes all tasks for his clients.  He is personally available to consult on all issues with city staff, researching legal questions, drafting ordinances, and attending council meetings.
